To setup and run a non-profit community general hospital in the Cantonment area, Dhaka at the first stages and also subsequently in other places of Bangladesh with the following view:
- To impart medical facilities and services both in terms of facilities and services for the general public particularly for the poor and destitute people.
- To promote research in the field of community health and social services.
- To develop preventive health care services including immunization and vaccination.
- To organize Community Mother and Child health services including educational programs for parents in the areas of sanitation, hygienic, food habits, nutrition and related matters.
- To conduct research on the prevention of diseases in the country and to arrange conferences, lectures, seminars etc.
